    WineWizard will not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age, or anyone attempting to purchase on behalf of an under-age person.

    WineWizard reserves the right to refuse service as per the Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation, set out in the Liquor Licensing Act of 1988.

    WineWizard reserves the right to replace products that have become unavailable with products of equivalent value. We endeavour to fill all orders exactly but this is not always possible due to stock availability and vintage limitations.

    i.) The management and staff operate this facility to ensure that our customers' experiences are satisfying, that customers and neighbours are treated with sincerity and respect and customers are served in a responsible, friendly and professional manner.

    ii.) Liquor is to be promoted only in a responsible way so that harm or ill health, to both customers and those who come into contact with them, is minimised.

    iii.) Staff will not allow the sale of liquor to any persons under the age of 18 years or any persons who appear to be intoxicated.

    CODE OF CONDUCT - WineWizard

    Under the principles of the Code of Conduct, WineWizard will :

    i.) Demonstrate integrity and responsibility in the conduct of our business.

    ii.) Not allow the sale or supply of liquor to any persons under the age of 18 years.

    iii.) Request that an approved form of identification be produced by any persons
    suspected of being under age.

    iv.) Employ staff of good character, maintain proper standards of staff training and
    encourage development of our staff and their skills.

    v.) Ensure that the promotion and advertising of liquor within our store is
    conducted in a responsible manner.

    vi.) Promote the sale of liquor in our store in a responsible manner by :-
    recognising that liquor is different to other beverages;
    recognising the dangers associated with the abuse and misuse of liquor; and
    encouraging the consumption of liquor in moderation.

    vii.) Know and observe our responsibilities under the terms of our licence and the Liquor Licensing Act of Western Australia.

    WINEWIZARD says....

    On average, men should consume no more than 4 standard drinks per day and women, no more than 2 standard drinks per day. If you are planning to have a drink, arrange another mode of transport - DONT DRINK AND DRIVE!
